This marketing site is not designed for submission of protected health information (PHI). Please do not include patient identifiers or clinical details in the contact form.

4. HIPAA and BAAs

There is no official “HIPAA certification.” When services involve PHI, Medlinx will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before PHI is exchanged and will apply HIPAA-aware administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the engagement.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with processors that help us host email, analytics, or CRM tooling under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

7. Communications & TCPA

If you provide a phone number and consent, we may call or email you about your request. We do not use this public form to enroll you in marketing SMS programs. Additional consent will be obtained before any SMS marketing, consistent with applicable TCPA rules.
