Terms of Service

Effective date: September 21, 2026. Governing law placeholder: State of Illinois, USA.

1. Agreement

By using medlinx.org, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services described

Site content describes healthcare administrative services (credentialing support, RCM, staffing, and related offerings). It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Actual services require a separate written agreement and, where applicable, a BAA.

3. Pricing & comparisons

Published prices are informational and may change. “Illustrative savings” or comparisons to typical US staffing/vendor ranges are not guarantees of results, savings, approval rates, or revenue outcomes. Custom quotes control for credentialing and scoped engagements.

4. No deceptive guarantees

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Medlinx does not warrant “100% success,” specific enrollment timelines, denial-rate floors, or money-back guarantees on the public marketing site.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use contact channels for spam. Do not submit PHI through marketing forms.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by Medlinx or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except for fair use or as allowed by law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDLINX DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medlinx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from site use. Aggregate liability for site use claims is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) unless a separate service agreement states otherwise.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a later service agreement specifies differently.
